- Hey Ani,
I've been coping really well and been quite settled the whole time I've been home. Only time wasn't really coping too well was the first week after my daughter was born (however I was in hospital the whole time with some complications which was affecting that!).
I am really loving being a mum too, it's so rewarding seeing Alexis progress and get closer and closer to rolling over each and every day! I just can't wait till she's a bit more active and playful (although I'm sure that once she gets on the move I'll want her back to the way she is now). The only thing I've had problems with from being a mum is that I don't have any friends with kids, and all my friends are studying and busy all week days so I'm starting to get really lonely.
Aww that's so cute that your little girl doesn't like being away from you at all. At the moment I'm the clingy one still and don't like being away from my daughter at all!
It would be really great to catch up sometime. Where abouts in Auckland are you?
