Another thing you can try to get her past that 45min cycle (if she doesn't settle by herself) is to go in after about 40 mins and pat/shush her to help her keep sleeping and if she has a dummy you could put that in too. Or could you rock/cuddle her…

Hi all, I'm Liz. I have 2 lovely boys - 2 year old Harry and 2 month old Zac.
I'm on maternity leave from teaching intermediate aged kids, and along with my hubby and our two friends have formed the business Noggin Films (www.nogginfilms.com). The boys do most of the work, but my friend and I (the wives!) have recently come on board as research producers for the next project. This project is right up our alley cos it involves pregnancy and babies!!
For this new project, we're urgently in need of one couple expecting their next/first child, to be used as an example for the visual project on parents and babies.. Contact me liz@nogginfilms.com if you're interested!
I'd also like to hear from expecting parents who are in early to mid stage of pregnancy and are interested in taking part in this project. That’s all I can say here... to find out more email me and I'll contact you regarding the project and share what would be expected of you!
