Skipping rope, cheap kids basket ball filled with sand (tape over the hole) and you can get some really good stuff in (I have had a mini tramp in the past and found the springs kept 'going' - so in the end it wasnt that cheap). You can do some really good stuff in half an hour that will get your muscles working as well as the fat burning stuff (remember muscle burns calories as it has to be fed - but is a lot denser than fat so you get that toned look rather than the wobbly that fat gives)
