I'm looking for a great hairdresser in Christchurch?

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a good hairdresser in Christchurch as it's been at least over 1 year since I've been to anyone and my last hairdresser was in Auckland so a little expensive to fly up there to get my hair chopped.
Any recommendations would be appreciated? I'm not super fussy, just had a few massacre jobs in Auckland so tend to prefer referrals from those in the know.

They are all super professional and I have never seen anyone walk out with a crap hair"do" - Super friendly and nice too!!; ▶ Reply to This

Check out the 'True Grit' website, it's great and they do hair spa treatments as well, ahhh... sounds luxurious! It would be nice to get a NON MANKY hair do as well :); ▶ Reply to This

Paula Moore-Ward is a UK trained fantastic hairdresser, and the best colourist I have ever had she is mobile (will come to you) and reasonable and I and everyone else who goes to her never has any complaints, and believe me I complain about hairdressers. She may have based her training around cutting, so hence she can be called senior. But you can get into hairdressing schools from about 16, so 3 years working as a hairdressing her a long time; ▶ Reply to This

The first one did such a bad job they asked me to come back for retouches. I did. It wasn't any better. My hair is now patchy and feels like straw. Unfortunately I walked out with a very crap hair do. Very unimpressed at such unprofessionalism.; ▶ Reply to This
