Hello Mummies,

I have decided to run my own 'mummies get fit' initiative following the continued interest I get from helping and motivating several of my girlfriends when it comes to excercise.

I am enrolling with SIT for small group excercise certificate & looking into personal training Cert in June.

I currently have a consistent/steady programme running on a Weds and Friday (possibly adding a Saturday) in also.

Especially when you don't have much family around or many friends. I only have 2 good friends, but because they are halfway across town I don't get to see them that often. Out of all my family, I only see my mum regularly, and this is mainly due to my children.
